I have availed Hyperspace Architects Services for a complex 8 town townhouse DA in Weetangera ACT under complex adaptable housing code. It was a complex design project as close to 3 meter cut was involved to meet adaptable housing driveway slope. ACTPLA rejected DA in the first instance under pressure from neighbouring public. However Hyperspace persisted with revised designs satisfying ACTPLA as well as neighbours. It required a lot of extra work by Hyperspace but they happily made changes and we could get a beautiful approved DA design that maximises FSR as well as sets aesthetic design standard for the area. I am extremely happy with Hyperspace imaginative building design, hard work and professionalism.
